PAUL MICHAEL LAURIN 1942 - 2011 After a very short illness, Paul Michael Laurin died peacefully at the Health Sciences Centre on October 12, 2011 at the age of 69. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Joyce, his son Christopher Laurin; brothers Vince (Marg), Greg (Elissa), and many friends. He was predeceased by his parents Leo and Gladys Laurin. Paul was born February 1, 1942 in Brockville, Ontario and later moved with his parents to Winnipeg. He worked for Coca Cola for a short while and spent the remainder of his career with Power Vac, retiring this past August. Boating, fishing and observing wild life at Pye's Landing was a big part of his summers. His most peaceful moments were when he was fishing at Deception Lake. Special thanks to all the caregivers on the 5th Floor at the Health Sciences Centre. Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 19 at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg.
